WHEN U SWEAT IT IS GETTING RID OF WASTES JUST AS URINATING BUT AT A LARGER RATE. SALTS AND SUGARS ARE BURNED AND IN MOST CASES NEED TO BE REPLENISHED. SPORTS DRINKS DO THIS BEST.ELECTROLITES ARE REPLENISHED.
