only sports undies for boys i know of are jock straps along with cups to go in the strap to protect their goods. go to any sports store they will have a section that has jock straps in sizes for little boys.

They should have a selection at most sports shops.
If you can’t get to one then you could just get some briefs from any other place. They do just as good a job when it comes to sports.
